Pay and Benefits
- Starting rate: $32.31 per hour (higher pay available based on performance)
- 12% superannuation
- 99c per km travel allowance
- 28–38 hours per week (depending on your availability)
- Monday–Friday only, 9am–5pm (no weekends)
- Quarterly performance bonuses and recognition rewards

- All cleaning supplies and equipment provided
- Consistent schedule with recurring clients
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in Australia
- Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle
- Smartphone required
- Ability to pass a police check
- Comfortable working around pets
- Physically able to lift, bend, kneel, and squat
- Previous experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or retail is an advantage but not required
Your Role
As a Residential Cleaning Technician, you will play a vital role in providing a clean, comfortable, and safe home environment for our clients. You’ll work independently and as part of a supportive team, delivering high-quality cleaning services to families in the Hills District and surrounding areas.
