Overview
The V&V Lead is responsible for planning, executing and reporting Verification and Validation activities to ensure systems meet all specified requirements and are fit for their intended operational use. This role drives the execution of the V&V strategy, ensuring clear, objective evidence and risk visibility throughout the lifecycle within Austal Defence Australia.

Qualifications
* 5+ years in Verification and Validation, Systems Engineering, Test/Commissioning or Quality Assurance roles
* Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Systems Engineering or a related discipline OR relevant Trade Qualification
* Proficient in technical writing and documentation
* Ability to lead cross functional teams and coordinate complex activities
* Competent with test planning, execution, and reporting for complex systems
* Familiar with classification society requirements and marine standards
* Competent with V&V methodologies and lifecycle processes
