Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Disability Support Worker.
The successful candidate will provide direct support to individuals with disabilities in their day-to-day living, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.
Key responsibilities include providing domestic and personal care assistance, assisting customers to access and participate in the community, and promoting independence and choice.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and possess a strong commitment to delivering high-quality support services.
Availability to work shift work, regular sleepovers/active nights, weekends, and public/school holidays is essential.

* Ability to obtain the NDIS Workers Screen Check prior to commencement
* Ability to use computers and learn a variety of software/programs
* Smart Phone
* Current Australian Driver's Licence
