Southern Cross University invites applications for Lecturer and Senior Lecturer in Healthcare Leadership. Candidates may come from a broad range of healthcare disciplines including (but not limited to) Nursing, Midwifery, Speech Pathology, Mental Health, Allied Health, and other healthcare professions. Your healthcare leadership experience, innovative thinking and collaborative approach will contribute to the strengthening and elevation of the Faculty’s programs and units.

What You Will Bring 
You’re an academic dedicated to advancing healthcare leadership education. You thrive in collaborative environments and are motivated to mentor students and contribute to the growth of your discipline. 
To Succeed In This Role, You Will Also Need 
- A PhD in a relevant field and registration or eligible to obtain registration with AHPRA or relevant self-regulated authority (e.g. SPA, AASW) 
- Demonstrated teaching excellence at undergraduate and/or postgraduate levels, with proven success in blended and online learning environments 
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders 
For the Senior Lecturer (Level C) role, you will also bring: 
- Proven leadership in teaching, curriculum design and/or professional practice 
- Evidence of recognition in your discipline, demonstrated through publications, collaborations, or professional engagement 
While not essential, a track record of research and scholarship, evidenced by publications and/or grant activity, is welcome. If you don’t have this yet but believe you would be a great fit, we still encourage you to apply.

- Full-time, continuing roles, with part time/fractional opportunities considered 
- Located at either Coffs Harbour, NSW 2450, Gold Coast, QLD 4225, or Lismore, NSW 2480 
- Academic Level B or C 
The base salary for Academic Level B ranges from $114,482 - $135,392 per annum, plus 17% employer’s contribution to superannuation. The total remuneration package is up to $158,409. 
The base salary for Academic Level C ranges from $139,568 - $160,473 per annum, plus 17% employer’s contribution to superannuation. The total remuneration package is up to $187,753.
