We're on the lookout for a skilled Systems Engineer who thrives on solving complex technical challenges and delivering top-tier support.What is the roleWe're looking for an experienced Systems Engineer to join our Perth-based Service Delivery team.
This full-time role is office-based during standard business hours (Monday to Friday) and includes participation in an on-call roster and occasional after-hours work as needed.You'll provide technical support across infrastructure, networking, cloud platforms, and end-user systems, while also contributing to ongoing maintenance and project delivery.
Working closely with both clients and internal teams, you'll help ensure reliable, secure, and high-performing IT environments.What You'll Be DoingProviding remote and onsite support for a variety of client environmentsTroubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and networking issuesInstalling, upgrading, and configuring IT infrastructure (on-prem and cloud)Acting as an escalation point for junior techniciansCollaborating with clients to understand technical needs and deliver tailored solutionsMonitoring systems, responding to alerts, and managing incidents in line with SLAsDocumenting technical procedures, solutions, and project workLiaising with vendors when requiredRecommending and supporting implementation of new technologiesContributing to ongoing improvement and automation initiativesKeeping your technical knowledge up to date through self-study and trainingWho we are looking forStrong Communication Skills Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
