District Retail Visual Merchandiser
Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced visual merchandising professional to drive VM excellence across our retail stores in Sydney.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of retail marketing and presentation, as well as the ability to think conceptually and strategically. They will be responsible for shaping impactful consumer journeys, coaching in-store visual merchandisers, and ensuring seamless brand execution for seasonal campaigns and product launches.
Key Responsibilities
* Implement best practice visual merchandising and in-store communication standards to create a strong consumer journey.
* Train, guide and motivate In-Store Visual Merchandisers (ISVM) to deliver excellence in execution.
* Cascade brand guidelines and VM guidelines to ISVM and store teams.
* Assist in measuring and reporting on retail productivity with recommendations for continuous improvement.
* Support the omni-channel team by providing field/store insights to guide campaign planning.
* Highlight opportunities to both retail ops and omni-channel teams to drive efficiency in process and implementation.
* Audit and order VM tools for stores in collaboration with retail and omni teams.
Requirements
* Minimum 2-5 years' experience working in a sports/fashion customer & commercial focused retail environment.
* 1 year experience within a visual merchandising role or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including evening, overnight and weekend shifts.
* Must hold a valid driver's license.
