The purpose of this position is to provide event management and digital marketing expertise and support to the BNPP AM business in Australia. To coordinate top quality and professionally run events and roadshows, physical and virtual, across our client and prospect base. To improve our digital awareness and utilization for lead generation purposes to assist the Institutional and Wholesale Sales teams grow and diversify the asset and client base.

Key responsibities:

- Events
- Manage all events run by BNPP AM in Australia / New Zealand.
- Manage BNPP AM Australia participation in events run by BNPP AM regionally, globally or BNP Paribas Group.
- Back up and assistance with external sponsorship opportunities and external partnership events.
- Post event analysis and budget tracking.
- Working with vendors for merchandise, banners and promotional items.
- Roadshow coordination
- Develop a target plan for Investment Professional roadshows at the start of each year. Coordination with BNPP AM regionally and globally as required.
- Liaise and coordinate all aspects of individual roadshows (travel logistics, meeting schedule, briefing sessions, pre and post roadshow meeting briefs, marketing materials, onsite support).
- Post roadshow analysis.
- Digital Marketing
- CRM Database (Salesforce) Superuser, responsible for team database coordination and integrity of data (distribution lists, pipeline, dashboards, reporting).
- Electronic Direct Mailing (Stoneshot) coordination and implementation.
- Implement local use of 'Spot Me' platform as rolled out by BNPP AM globally.
- Manage website coordination and content.
- Facilitation of analytics and lead generation across digital platforms.
- Marketing material and digital content coordination for internal events, website, e newsletter distribution, social media and sales team use
- Back up for social media platform coordination (LinkedIn, Twitter, Youtube, Facebook)
- Ongoing digital projects and new initiatives to improve customer experience.

Competencies (Technical/ Behavioral)
- Knowledge of and interest in investment markets
- Experience using webinar platforms such as BrightTALK, Cisco WebEx, Zoom, MS Teams, SpotMe preferred
- Experience with InDesign, Salesforce (CRM), Stoneshot (EDM) preferred
- Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders
- Strong organisational skills with a deadline driven focus
- Hard working and conscientious
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proactive and ability to work unsupervised
- Ability to multi task and adapt ideas quickly
- Excellent communication skills
- Collaborative and team focused

Specific Qualification Required:

- Undergraduate degree
- At least **three years' **experience in a similar role. **Required.**:

- No more than 10 years' experience in a similar role.
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Ability to build strong internal and external relationships.
- Ability to work flexible hours and manage time effectively.
