Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee key operational areas, working closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery across services, workforce coordination and community activations.
* Coordinate event logistics, including venue setup, sports scheduling and participant registration.
* Develop strategies to promote events and engage with local communities.
Requirements:
* Demonstrated project management skills with experience in diverse portfolios.
* Ability to work within a team while managing individual workload.
* Proven ability to work effectively under pressure.
* Strong customer service and communication skills with experience working with the public.
* High-level administration skills and ability to adapt to new software programs.
* A valid NT driver's licence and first aid certificate or ability to obtain.
