What's on offer?
We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Regional Business Manager to lead Incitec Pivot Fertiliser's customer portfolio across North Queensland.
This is a senior sales leadership role responsible for developing and executing the regional business strategy, delivering professional key account management, and achieving EBIT, revenue and market share targets in line with broader business objectives.
You will operate at a strategic level with key customers and industry stakeholders, while leading and coaching account support resources to ensure disciplined execution and sustained growth.
In this role, you will:
* Own the regional sales strategy and deliver EBIT, revenue, and margin targets
* Build and maintain senior relationships with key customers and industry stakeholders
* Lead key account management and upsell proprietary products and value‐add programs
* Forecast accurately and provide market intelligence to guide decisions
* Coach and develop your account support team members
* Maintain compliance with HSE and regulatory standards
* Ensure compliance with Company HSE standards and regulatory requirements
The key skills required for this role include:
* Degree in Ag Science, Business, or related field
* 5–10+ years' senior sales experience, ideally in agribusiness or commodity markets
* Proven track record delivering EBIT, revenue growth, and margin performance
* Strong commercial judgement and strategic planning capability
* Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
* Comfortable working across a geographically dispersed region
* Experience leading and coaching high‐performing teams
