The National Arboretum Canberra is seeking enthusiastic and engaging individuals to join our team as Casual or Part-time Visitor Services Officers.As a Visitor Services Officer, you'll be part of a collaborative and supportive team that values respect, teamwork and integrity.
You will provide high quality customer service to a diverse range of visitors to ensure they have an exceptional experience.
You will deliver high quality education programs to students from preschool to tertiary level and facilitate visitor experiences such as guided tours, birthday parties and school holiday activities.
You will provide administrative support as part of your duties.
