The Role:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Cleaner to join our team, with a focus on providing cleaning services for NDIS participants. You will play a key role in ensuring homes and spaces are hygienic, safe, and welcoming, while respecting the individual needs and preferences of each participant.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces.
* Clean bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas to a high standard.
* Follow cleaning schedules and safety protocols.
* Work respectfully and professionally with NDIS participants, understanding and supporting their specific needs.
* Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment in good condition.
* Report any maintenance or safety concerns to management promptly.
* Report to management in case of any incidents or issues.
Requirements:
* Proven cleaning experience, preferably with NDIS participants or in disability support settings.
* Knowledge of safe cleaning practices and hygiene standards.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.

* Full Driver's Licence, Car and Insurance
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* National Police Clearance
* Current Working with Children Check
* Current First Aid and CPR
