Job Description
As a key member of the tournament services team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional support for the Australian Open. This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team and contribute to the success of one of the world's premier sporting events.
* Support the AO Transport Team with comprehensive administration and planning for AO26.
* Oversee team rosters, including updates, replacements, and fatigue management to minimize overtime.
* Develop and implement a shift swap procedure for AO26.
* Attend regular meetings with AO Transport Supervisors and provide ongoing feedback.
* Assist the Tournament Services Lead during AO operations, supporting logistics and transportation requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Proficiency in Rosterfy (highly desired) and Microsoft Office suite.
* Excellent administrative skills, with a high level of attention to detail and experience working within established systems.
* A solid understanding of transport requirements at major events.
* Outstanding communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport, engage across diverse backgrounds, and remain calm under pressure.
* Flexibility regarding working hours and arrangements relating to work associated with Tennis Australia.
