SERVICE DELIVERY LEADER
As a Service Delivery Leader within the Critical Response Team, you will play a key role in delivering quality housing and homelessness services to customers and communities. Your leadership skills will be instrumental in implementing quality systems, practices, standards, and service delivery frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage staff, physical resources, and financial allocations in accordance with departmental procedures and statutory delegations.
* Allocate, prioritise, and perform work tasks in line with departmental protocols and administrative guidelines.
* Provide high-level support, advice, and information to Service Delivery leaders on service development strategies, staff training, and performance agreements.
* Ensure a workplace safety culture by applying and maintaining policies and practices related to Workplace Health and Safety.
