Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Banking Consultant in our Retail Banking department. As part of this role, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through positive relationship-building and multi-tasking capabilities.
* Eagerly support the Branch Manager in executing ANZ's retail strategy along with day-to-day operations for the branch.
* Meet customer needs by providing ANZ's range of home loan, insurance, investment products, and transactional services.
You will be expected to take responsibility for 'know your customer' from a risk perspective and work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of our products and services.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you are expected to bring the following:
* Prior experience in developing strong relationships in a customer-focused role.
* Significant experience in financial services preferably within the retail banking sector.
