Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Brisbane, QLD, for a Junior Lawyer. The Junior Lawyer will support legal matters including legal research, drafting contracts, preparing legal documentation, and assisting in dispute resolution processes. Responsibilities also involve client consultations, supporting senior lawyers, and contributing to the firm's commitment to utilizing technology for efficient legal services.
Qualifications
* Strong legal research, drafting, and documentation preparation skills
* Understanding of contract law, intellectual property, capital raising, and business law
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently
* Proficiency in legal technology tools and a willingness to contribute to innovation and automation
* Commitment to maintaining professional ethics and delivering high-quality client service
* Admission as a legal practitioner or eligibility for admission in Queensland
* A Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or equivalent legal qualification
* Prior experience in commercial or business law is advantageous but not required
