Location: Brisbane / Gold Coast Area
We are an IT Service Provider based in Parramatta and are looking for an all‐rounder IT Support Technician to join our growing team to provide support for clients based in the Brisbane / Gold Coast Area.
Responsibilities
* Provide 1st‐level support for servers, desktops, and users.
* Participate in project work and travel to various offices within the Brisbane / Gold Coast Area.
* Collaborate with the IT Manager and large IT team on multi‐site design, implementation, and management.
* Perform installation of recent hardware, Windows patching, and monitoring.
Qualifications
* Knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10 Desktop, Microsoft Windows Server, Office 365, and Outlook setup and configurations.
* Experience with mobile devices, laptops, and desktop setup.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Excellent documentation skills.
* Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Requirements
* Must have working rights in Australia.
* Willing to work after hours and travel within the Brisbane / Gold Coast Area.
* IT Graduate are welcome to apply.
