Key Account Manager

The daily lives of our customers and team members are significantly impacted by your role as a retail leader.

* You will be fully accountable for the management of our online department, reporting directly to the store manager.
* You will contribute to a customer experience that is welcoming and inspiring for our customers, team members, and community.
* You will lead a team approach to meeting sales targets, controlling costs, and rostering needs.
* Ensure visual merchandising, safety, compliance, and stock management standards are met.
* Be customer-obsessed and continually seek to better understand our diverse customers.
* Drive a one-team culture that recognises and celebrates success.
