**Customer Service Representative Role**
This is a customer-facing position where you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and support to our valued banking customers. You will handle inbound calls and enquiries with professionalism and courtesy, actively listening to customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
The primary responsibilities of this role include:
1. Providing detailed and accurate information about our banking process, procedures, and products.
2. Efficiently resolving customer concerns and escalating complex issues as needed.
3. Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and actions taken.
To excel in this role, you will require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building positive rapport with customers. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities are also essential, as well as proficiency in using computer systems and software. Previous experience in customer service or call centre roles is highly desirable.
