Chandler Macleod is currently seeking two casual Cleaners to join the Baiada Rendering Plant team. This is a hands‐on role focused on maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety across the site.
* Day shift: 7:00 am – 3:00 pm
* Roster: Tuesday to Saturday
* Competitive pay with casual loading
About the role
You will be responsible for ensuring the plant environment meets cleanliness and hygiene standards in line with site and safety requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
* Performing cleaning duties across production and common areas
* Maintaining hygiene and cleanliness standards within the rendering plant
* Following site safety procedures and cleaning protocols
* Handling cleaning equipment and materials safely
* Supporting site operations through consistent and reliable attendance
* Working independently and as part of a team
About you
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
* Previous cleaning or industrial experience (preferred)
* Experience working with weight tickets is highly regarded
* A strong focus on safety and attention to detail
* Reliable work ethic with the ability to work independently
* A positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
Essential Requirements:
* Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
* A reliable work history with strong attendance
* A valid driver's licence and reliable transport
