Desktop Support Engineer
We are currently seeking a skilled professional to join our team in providing high-quality support for staff with hardware and software issues.
* Face-to-face technical assistance will be provided to employees experiencing hardware or software problems.
* The engineer is expected to efficiently manage incidents, resolve service requests, and ensure minimal downtime.
The ideal candidate will work independently onsite while fostering effective relationships with local staff and collaborating closely with remote IT teams. A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Level 2 desktop support specialist is required.
