About The Role
We're seeking an experienced Clinical Psychologist, Social Worker, Occupational Therapist, or Counsellor (Bachelor of Health Science Mental Health, Djirruwang Program) to take on a leadership role with our multidisciplinary Whole Family Team. In this pivotal position, you'll work in close partnership with DCJ and DACS to deliver the best possible outcomes for families referred to the program.

As a leader, you'll guide and support clinicians across sites in the Manning and Hunter Valley regions, helping them navigate complex cases while fostering collaboration, innovation, and high-quality care.

You will effectively manage the day-to-day operations of the Whole Family Team including clinical, and people management. You will also be delivering clinical interventions to families where there are multiple complex issues, (including child protection, substance abuse and mental health).

You will provide senior expertise, leadership, guidance and direction to staff and build a positive, professional culture that facilitates effective health service delivery outcomes in a constantly changing environment.

About You
We're looking for someone with excellent communication and organisational skills, who can confidently support the team by coordinating daily tasks, scheduling appointments, and managing intake and referrals. The ideal applicant will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to keep the team on track to ensure smooth service delivery.

Requirements

* Must hold a degree in Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Clinical Psychology or other qualification deemed equivalent by the employer, which provides eligibility or membership of the relevant professional association/full registration through the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency.
* Eligible to drive in NSW.
