This position plays a crucial part in supporting the smooth delivery of construction projects, ensuring all administrative tasks are handled efficiently and effectively.
Main responsibilities:
1. Providing comprehensive administrative support to the project management team, including scheduling, document management, and general office duties
2. Maintaining detailed project records and documentation, such as meeting minutes, progress reports, and correspondence
3. Assisting with the preparation and submission of project invoices, timesheets, and other financial documentation
4. Collaborating with various stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, to ensure seamless communication and information flow
5. Collecting and analysing data associated with projects undertaken, and reporting on project outcomes
6. Advising senior management on matters requiring attention and implementing their decisions
7. Overseeing work by contractors and reporting on variations to work orders
8. Coordinating and organising project team meetings, site visits, and other project-related activities
9. Undertaking tasks assigned by senior manager

Pay: $80,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
