The Role
Reporting to the General Manager, you will take ownership of your region — driving sales, lifting store performance, and leading a talented team of store managers. You will play a hands‑on role in executing our company strategy, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and building strong, capable teams.
In this role, you will:
* Drive sales growth and profitability across your region.
* Direct merchandising of stock and coordinate in‑store promotion of items.
* Deliver top‑tier customer service and operational excellence.
* Lead, coach, and develop store managers and their teams.
* Recruit and retain great people while building succession pipelines.
* Ensure store standards, inventory, and financial goals are met.
* Communicate performance insights and action plans clearly and confidently.
* Partner with key stakeholders across the business to support improvement initiatives.
The region currently spans six stores, with exciting potential for growth as new store expansions are planned.

About You
You are a commercially savvy, energetic leader who loves the buzz of retail. You balance strategy with action and can confidently manage multiple sites while keeping people motivated and engaged.
You will bring:
* Proven retail management experience (multi‑site experience preferred)
* Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
* A results‑driven mindset and a passion for building high‑performing teams.
* Flexibility to travel intra‑state and work a rotating weekend roster.
