Are you organised, customer-focused, and ready to play a key role in a busy sales team?
We're looking for a Sales Administration & Aftermarket Coordinator to support our dealership with sales processing, customer care, aftermarket quoting, and stock control.
What you'll do:
* Process sales documentation for new & used vehicles
* Greet and assist customers in the showroom
* Prepare quotes and promote aftermarket products & accessories
* Coordinate costing, invoicing, and installation of aftermarket sales
* Support the sales team with stock control and reporting
What we're looking for:
* Strong administration skills with high attention to detail and accurate data entry capabilities
* Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills (retail or face-to-face experience preferred)
* Experience in automotive, administration, or aftermarket sales (desirable)
* Professional presentation and a positive, team-oriented attitude
* Current driver's licence essential and legal right to work in Australia
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for documentation and reporting
* Experience with CRM systems or willingness to learn dealership management software
