We are looking for an Apprentice chef who is enthusiastic and passionate about food and shows a strong willingness to learn all things cooking and produce related.
As an Apprentice Chef at Blu Salt Group you will rotate and learn every section in the kitchen. Learn in a fast paced, high volume and modern environment.
Key Duties
* Assist with organising & preparing food
* Use methods of cookery as shown by the Chef and through formal studies
* Assist food production as directed by the Chef
* Actively observe, learn and practice commercial cookery as per requirements of apprenticeship
The Person
* Experienced Kitchen Hands encouraged to apply
* 2nd or 3rd Year apprentices also considered
* Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive & professional manner
* Team player & able to work autonomously
* The ability to take direction and a keen learner
