Role Overview
We're looking for a Supervisor to lead day-to-day mechanical and conveyor work at the mine. You'll ensure compliance with safety and inspection standards while fostering a strong safety culture with your leadership.

Requirements
* Must have a valid trade certificate.
* Experience in a supervisory or site lead role.
* SAP experience is desirable.
* Strong understanding of permit systems and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily mechanical operations, ensuring adherence to Mine Safety and Inspection standards.
* Manage personnel, equipment, and the execution of mechanical activities.
* Assign tasks to the maintenance team to meet targets and deliver the maintenance plan.
* Ensure compliance with the Mine Safety and Inspection Act and relevant regulations.
* Ensure activities are carried out in line with the maintenance plan and work instructions.
* Minimize plant downtime and respond to breakdowns and emergency repairs as needed.
