Conveyancing Expertise Sought
We are seeking a skilled Conveyancer to join our team. As a key player in property law, you will be responsible for managing a diverse range of conveyancing files.
The Role:
You will be part of a supportive and collaborative environment where you can develop your expertise and work on high-quality files. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include preparing and reviewing contracts, s32s, transfer documents, and completing PEXA settlements.
You'll also have the opportunity to liaise with clients, agents, brokers, banks, and stakeholders to ensure matters progress smoothly. This role offers exposure to property and development work alongside senior lawyers, providing valuable experience and skills development.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A strong knowledge of PEXA, Duties Online, Land Registry, and conveyancing best practices;
* 3-5+ years' experience in conveyancing or property law;
* Confidence in running your own files and communicating effectively with clients;
* A proactive and organized approach, with a genuine passion for delivering quality results.
