Your new role
The Technical Business Analyst will be responsible for the design, documentation, and improvement of key IT service management processes. This role will focus on optimising workflow efficiency, ensuring service delivery aligns with business goals, and providing a high level of service to end-users.
What you'll need to succeed
Manage and improve core ITIL processes, including incident, service request, and change management.
Create and maintain process maps, flowcharts, and system configuration documentation to visualize and standardize workflows.
Analyze existing processes to identify areas for improvement, recommend solutions, and ensure processes are aligned with organizational objectives.
Develop and maintain detailed documentation for all IT processes and configurations.
Monitor and assess service performance, working to resolve issues promptly and enhance the overall IT service experience.
Solid knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Service Request, and Change Management).
Proficiency in logical workflow and process mapping using tools like Visio.
Experience in creating system configuration documentation.
Robust stakeholder management skills.
What you'll get in return
Contract until Feb 2026, extendable contract
Daily rate: $500-$800 max
