**What this job involves**:
JLL has an opportunity for a Bid Writer to join our Projects division. This role will be responsible for supporting a team of Bid Managers in preparing, producing, and analysing tender submissions, presentations, capability statements and expressions of interest to secure new work for JLL's PDS team
**Duties and responsibilities include**:
Producing bids, proposals, submissions, and presentations in accordance with the client's requirements and JLL's value proposition.
Responsible for writing and developing effective, concise, and compelling content and contributing content to the Knowledge Management platform.
Proactively assist with business development methodology including opportunity validation, trackers/database, win-loss debriefs and document control on SharePoint.
Support internal and external marketing initiatives through the JLL web page, intranet, social media, and similar channels.
Develop, edit, proofread and review graphics, presentations and other messaging materials, as needed
Exceptional ability to research, write and organise ideas.
Highly organised with a methodical approach to work and the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines in a busy environment.
Excellent attention to detail and quality.
Communicates effectively with all levels of staff
**Technical Skills and Qualifications**:
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite - inc Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience in using SharePoint and able to maintain electronic filing in SharePoint.
Degree in English, marketing, business, commerce or relevant.
1-3 years experience in a similar role.
Experience in construction companies and an understanding of the construction /property industry would an advantage.
Experience with graphic software, e.g. PhotoShop, InDesign, and CorelPaint Pro would be an added advantage.
