Project Financial Coordinator
We're seeking a highly skilled professional to support our project finance managers in maintaining financial data integrity and transparency.
This role can be based in Adelaide or WA offices, where you'll have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative team that pushes boundaries to produce groundbreaking technology.
* Prepare journals for project accruals and adjustments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
* Manage accruals process and prepare/review reconciliation processes between job and general ledger, identifying areas for improvement
* Assist with annual budget preparation, quarterly re-forecast, and monthly rolling forecast, providing financial insights and recommendations
* Operate, maintain, and improve budgeting and forecasting processes for the project, leveraging your analytical skills
* Prepare fortnightly project cash flow submission, providing stakeholders with timely and accurate information
* Provide financial inputs and commentary into monthly contract status report (CSR), enhancing decision-making capabilities
* Maintain project ledger in conjunction with project controls group, ensuring seamless communication and coordination
* Assist with Oracle queries from the project, resolving technical issues and improving system efficiency
* Ongoing billing processes, maintenance, and monitoring, including incorporating changes resulting from Contract Change Proposals (CCPs)
* Bank guarantees administration (in conjunction with Commercial Group), managing risk and ensuring compliance
* Milestone schedule maintenance and monitoring, including incorporating changes resulting from Contract Change Proposals (CCPs)
* Month-end reporting activities, delivering high-quality financial reports on time
