Retail & Mixed-Use Developments
Join a leading owner and developer delivering major retail and mixed-use projects. This role is responsible for managing the technical design process and ensuring high-quality, compliant, and buildable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary consultant teams
* Manage technical design across all project stages on high end luxury development within existing sites.
* Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and approvals
* Identify and manage design, constructability, and operational risks
* Support tendering, value engineering, and construction delivery
* Coordinate base build and tenancy interfaces
About You
* Degree in Architecture, or Engineering.
* 8+ years' experience in technical design or project delivery retail landlord side
* Strong retail, commercial, or mixed-use project experience; base build experience required.
* Excellent technical, coordination, and honed stakeholder management skills to manage multiple stakeholders including government, high end luxury retailers, internal stakeholders and external consultants.
* 2D/3D Revit/Archicad ability to produce drawings 1:200 from hand drawings. (External consultants to produce detail sets).
