Your role
Guide and grow our digital identity with a steady hand. You'll create organic, long-lasting content that attracts discerning, premium clients, the ones who recognise quality before they ask the price.
You'll film, photograph, edit, write, and publish. You'll capture our work, our process, our people, and the subtle magic that runs through everything we build. Responsibilities
* Create and execute an organic content strategy that speaks directly to premium, design-conscious clients
* Capture, edit, and publish high-quality photo and video content showcasing builds, process, and craftsmanship
* Maintain a consistent visual language across platforms, clean, refined, confident
* Develop messaging that positions BBVF as the benchmark for custom van builds in Australia
* Manage content across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and email
* Track performance and refine direction while protecting brand integrity
* Work with the workshop team to document builds without disrupting workflow
* Tell the story of quality without shouting
You bring
* A strong instinct for luxury aesthetics and brand storytelling
* A portfolio with depth and restraint, not volume
* Experience growing organic, loyal audiences without paid crutches
* Skill in video and photography, shooting and editing
* Copywriting that feels natural, sharp, and measured
* Independence, reliability, and the ability to deliver without hand-holding
* A sense of humour when the pressure gets real, we don't take ourselves too seriously, just the work
Nice to have
* Experience in architecture, design, fabrication, travel, or lifestyle brands
* Confidence directing shoots and guiding narrative arcs
* Ability to translate physical craft into digital presence
