About the Role
The key focus of this role is to provide exceptional customer experience to clients throughout their exciting journey purchasing a new home. A typical day can involve:
* Proactively engage with prospective customers at our display homes, through website enquiries, walk-ins and other modes of enquiry generation.
* Manage a pipeline of prospective purchasers at various stages of their journey and engage regularly with the client.
* Qualify customers with their budget, design & lifestyle requirements.
* Progress customers through the sales and design process.
* Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions to support customers to make informed decisions.
About You
You are available weekends and are organised with your schedule.

* Organised & Detail-Oriented: You can manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain accurate records.
* Transport: You possess a current driver's licence and your own reliable transport.
