About the Role
Guide clients through home loan and construction options, ensuring a smooth financing experience
Write loan applications under your own name
Liaise with a panel of lenders
Collaborate with a friendly, supportive team dedicated to helping clients build their dream homes
Meet sales budgets with a focus on customer objectives
About You
Certificate IV or Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking
Experience working in a mortgage brokerage is ideal, but candidates from lender or non-bank lender environments are also welcome
3+ years' proven experience in residential lending
Have written deals under your own name
Client-focused attitude with a knack for problem-solving
Positive, motivated and disciplined nature
