About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Sonographer to join our team at our Hobart clinics. The role is available on either a part‐time or full‐time basis depending on candidate preference. Our clinics are filled with high‐performing teams and supported with up‐to‐date equipment within a modern clinical setting. The Sonographer will be responsible for high‐quality scanning our community trusts us to deliver. Relocation and retention packages worth up to $50,000 are available to candidates relocating from interstate.
Responsibilities
* Build and maintain strong working relationships with patients, referrers, and teammates.
* Provide responsive, accurate and timely diagnosis for optimal delivery of results with excellent customer service provisions.
* Prioritise a busy workload and work effectively both independently and within a team.
* Work with clinic teams to identify and proactively deliver on the Health & Safety framework.
* Provide feedback to other members of the clinic and operational teams to help identify training and development needs.
* Collaborate with National Ultrasound Leader, Site Chief and/or Regional Manager on growth initiatives for the clinic.
Selection Criteria
* Appropriate tertiary qualifications in Ultrasound.
* Skilled across a broad range of scanning competences.
* Hold and maintain current registration with ASAR as well as a completion of an ASAR accredited course.
* Hold and maintain annual liability insurance through the ASA, or equivalent provider.
