Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated customer service professional to join our team. As a customer service specialist, you will be responsible for handling inbound telephone calls and providing exceptional customer service to a diverse range of customers across Australia.
Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with their journey towards employment, education, and training. You will work in a fast-paced environment and be required to problem-solve and engage with customers effectively.
You will also be responsible for demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to listen and empathize with customers. Prior experience in a customer service-based role is highly regarded, and previous experience in a call centre environment is a plus.
