You'll:
Manage a caseload of NDIS participants and deliver high-quality therapy in homes, schools and community settings.
Provide clinical supervision and mentoring to early-career clinicians.
Support team operations including scheduling, referral allocation and workflow optimisation.
Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture.
Stay up to date with NDIS legislation to ensure compliance.

Qualifications
Qualified Occupational Therapist or Speech Pathologist with current AHPRA or SPA registration.
Strong clinical skills and a passion for mentoring others.
Leadership experience or a desire to grow into a leadership role.
Commitment to person-centred, evidence-based practice.
