**About the role**:
**Main duties**:
1. Integrate UI and UX design to cross-end responsive websites and platforms with front-end languages (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) leveraging Sitecore, Optimizely, Umbraco and Shopify.
2. Manage digital projects KPIs and Timeframes, making sure that projects get completed on time using tools such as JIRA
3. Gather and evaluate user needs in collaboration with the customer team and interpret requirements to digital outcomes with digital design and UI/UX design skills through Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign), Sketch, and Figma with wireframes, prototypes and demos to meet the internal and customized requirements.
4. Develop and implement effective search engine optimization (SEO) strategies. Assisting in analysing, web-based visual methodologies, and developing digitalgraphics plans to promote the brand identity.
5. Update key stakeholders with project's progress through presentations.
**Skills requirements**:
- At least 5 years of experience handling and managing different multimedia projects
- Tertiary qualification or equivalent in Multimedia major
- Adobe suite qualifications
- Advanced use of PowerPoints and Excel
- Google Analytics experience
- Sitecore/Optimizely DXP skills required
- Umbraco experience
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience across different CRM platforms such as Salesforce Marketing, HubSpot
- Experience programming in HTML5, CSS3
- High attention to details
**Salary**: Salary being offered is commensurate with qualifications and experience, with a range between $65,000 - $85,000.
**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Sydney, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
