* Maintenance – constantly monitor and maintain machinery and equipment to the highest standard

* Experience in mechanical maintenance or a trade background
* Ability to identify weaknesses in process and implement best practices
* Self-starter with ability to work independently, takes initiative and challenges when required
* Good work ethic and team player
* Ability and willingness to interact effectively with all levels of employees, customers and third parties
