Financial Leadership Opportunity

* Lead year-end financial reporting and manage external audits.
* Consolidate financial statements across three entities.
* Review and sign off on balance sheet reconciliations.
* Provide oversight of accounts payable and banking processes as needed.
* Enhance and optimise the use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
* Prepare and review month-end management reports and commentary.
* Contribute to systems and process improvement initiatives.
* Lead or mentor members of the finance team.
Requirements:
* CA/CPA qualified with strong technical accounting skills.
* Proven experience in year-end processes and audit management.
* Familiarity with consolidation in a multi-entity environment.
* Strong systems capability, ideally with Business Central.
* Big Four experience is highly regarded but not essential.
* Resilient and solutions-focused, with a proactive mindset.
* Ability to work collaboratively and communicate financial insights.
Offer:
* $170,000–$190,000 + super.
* 6-month contract with the possibility of becoming permanent.
