South West Alliance of Rural Health (SWARH) is a government-established joint venture, supplying ICT shared services to acute public hospitals and associated health services within the Barwon and south west regions of Victoria, covering some 60,000 square kilometres.
SWARH aims to support health outcomes in these regions through centralised, expert, specialist ICT services and strategic solutions for its member health services and customers. **About the role**
The Services Officer fills a vital role in the within the Infrastructure Team, with responsibility for the effective delivery of a live service operation that meets the expectations and service levels agreed with members.
Reporting to the Storage & Compute Manager, your primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Administration and maintenance of Key Infrastructure Hardware
- Administration & support a large server fleet
- Provide Level 3 support to Citrix environment
- Administration and maintenance of Active Directory
- Assist with SCCM Package deployments and enhancements
- Liaise with SWARH Support Services to ensure user needs are met Release control and incident/problem management
- Mapping of system relationships and creation of custom dashboards in Vrealize
**To be successful in this role you will possess the following**:
- Use of Server Virtualization Software, via tertiary education or industry experience
- Experience working with Citrix XEN App
- Experience working with SANs and Blade Server Platforms
- Experience maintaining Active Directory,
- Experience with SCCM Application Deployment
- Experience with Vmware VROPS
Healthcare and Infrastructure/operations experience would be highly regarded but is not essential.
Knowledge of supporting Imprivata would be highly regarded but is not essential
