, giving you the flexibility to work from home while still joining in-person team sessions, events, and workshops as required.
Role Responsibilities
* Provide strategic and technical ad support through community forums, video calls, and live workshops.
* Coach clients on digital advertising strategies across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
* Manage a small number of client accounts, ensuring performance, satisfaction, and retention.
* Collaborate with sales and client success teams to identify upsell and training opportunities.
* Support workshops by delivering breakout coaching and reviewing campaigns.
* Track and analyse client outcomes, engagement, and satisfaction.
Ideal Candidate
* Must be
Melbourne-based
with full working rights in Australia.
* Solid experience in performance marketing and lead generation (agency or client-side).
* Confident communicator who can translate technical ad concepts into practical business strategies.
* Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
* Proactive, self-motivated, and thrives in a remote yet collaborative environment.
* Prior experience in training, coaching, or client-facing roles is highly desirable.
