Your Impact As a Consumer Insights Analyst at Asahi Beverages, you’ll play a critical role in shaping our commercial strategy through data-driven insights. Your work will influence brand marketing decisions, validate execution quality, and support innovation pipelines across both Alcohol and Non-Alcohol categories. Key Responsibilities: Deliver rigorous insights on brand health, equity tracking, and in-market performance Independently manage smaller research projects end-to-end using qualitative and quantitative methods Support innovation learning plans and 3-year pipelines through concept testing and consumer input Apply best practice in research planning, stakeholder engagement, and insight implementation Analyse competitor performance and category trends to inform strategic decisions Create and implement learning plans to optimise commercial and brand strategies Provide actionable recommendations through advanced data analysis and reporting Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed insights into decision-making processes About You: Degree in Research, Business, Economics, Statistics, or related field 4–5 years’ market research experience within an agency or consultancy, ideally supporting FMCG clients Proven experience managing innovation research programs (Ideation, Screening, Validation) Strong knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies Proficient in data analysis tools such as SPSS, Q, Ruby, Tableau, or Power BI Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills Experience running basic statistical analysis (e.g., TURF, Driver, Cluster, MaxDiff) would be a plus but not essential Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Why Asahi Beverages?
