Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a People & Capability Coordinator to join our team on a Permanent Full-Time basis. The People & Capability Coordinator role is responsible for delivering accurate, timely, confidential, and effective people support across the JB Hi-Fi Group.
* Prepare and issue employment related documentation.
* Provide administrative support across the store recruitment process.
* Assist with general administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, communication distribution, and accurate data entry.
* Resolve general P&C queries in a timely and accurate manner, escalating as appropriate.
* Support the completion of cyclical P&C reporting and delivery of P&C initiatives and programs.
* Assist in identifying and implementing opportunities to improve P&C operations and processes.
* Provide ad-hoc support to the wider P&C team as required.
Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years administration experience.
* Experience within a high-volume role
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment with competing priorities.
* Excellent communication skills
