About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and professional Property Manager to join our expanding team. This is a full-time role where you will manage a well-maintained folio of 120 properties, with administrative and team support.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Managing a portfolio of residential properties.
- Building and maintaining strong landlord and tenant relationships.
- Coordinating leasing, inspections, and maintenance.
- Ensuring compliance and delivering a high standard of service.
About You
- Experience in Property Management preferred (a current QLD Real Estate Certificate is essential).
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- A proactive, solution-focused mindset.
- Team player with the drive to grow alongside a thriving business.
- Drivers license and own vehicle essential.
- Experience with PropertyMe (Preferred)
