About the role
As a Presales Consultant, you will lead the design and delivery of innovative solutions based on D365 CE modules and Power Platform products.
You will work closely with the sales team and the clients to understand their business needs, objectives and drivers, and provide technical and functional guidance throughout the sales cycle.

Job responsibilities
Design and architect solutions that leverage the full capabilities of D365 CE and Power Platform, and align with the clients' requirements, budget and timeline
Create service estimates, proposals, statements of work and responses to tenders, requests for information and requests for proposals
Develop presentation material and demonstration scenarios for sales presentations, and showcase the value and benefits of the solution (not just the functionality)
Build a strong working relationship with the TSG sales and technical teams, and act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on D365 CE and Power Platform
Support prioritised sales cycles, helping with strategy, competitive positioning, demonstrations and presentations
Actively support the sales teams in promoting and identifying solutions, articulating functional fit and completeness, responding to bid cycles, to the clients' requests for information and to tender
Communicate the business requirements to the project / implementation team after completion of the sale, to ensure a smooth transition from presales to implementation stages
Possess strong sense of teamwork, integrity, self-motivation, positive attitude, and works to solve problems
Stay up to date with new trends, features and best practices within D365 CE / Power Platform, our competitors, our partners and the IT industry as a whole
Attend industry seminars and events to raise the profile of TSG and maintain own up-to-date knowledge of industry
Nationwide travel will be required as part of this role
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Industry standard accreditations for Microsoft and others in either sales or presales certifications would be beneficial but not essential
Full UK driving licence is essential
Strong experience working with D365 CE and Power Platform within a presales or consulting capacity (where presales was a part of your role)
Awareness and appreciation of the demonstration-to-win approach to selling
Possess a client-centric consultative approach to solution design
Experience in leading and delivering complex and innovative solutions using D365 CE and Power Platform
Experience in working with varying industries and sectors, and understanding their specific challenges and opportunities
Good relationship builder, comfortable presenting at all levels and strong communicator
Excellent PowerPoint and presentation skills
