About the role
We are looking for a detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our growing product team. In this role, you will collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers to create intuitive, user-centered experiences to expand our products.
The ideal candidate brings strong design skills, deep understanding of user-centered design principles, strong attention to detail, and good communication and collaborative skills.
What you'll do
* Assist in designing user interfaces and experiences
* Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers to help maintain and evolve design systems
* Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
* Support accessibility and usability practices
* Improve designs and systems based on internal and external feedback
* Participate in user research, testing, and feedback sessions
* Create and maintain UI component libraries
* Use AI to automate and prototype
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's or master's degree in design or related field
* Understanding of user-centered design principles
* Experience in UI/UX design for B2B SaaS web applications
* Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
* Strong portfolio showcasing complex and innovative design solutions
* Strong attention to detail and visual consistency
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
* Ability to listen to feedback and reiterate on designs
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with usability testing or user research
* Front-end development principles
* Familiarity with accessibility standards
