About the Role

* Arrange and conduct thorough assessments of prospective foster carers, including home visits, risk assessments, and associated reporting.
* Coordinate and assist with foster carer training, information sessions, and promotional events to attract, support, and retain carers.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our systems, contributing to a smooth and compliant recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
* First Point of Contact: Be the initial point of contact for foster carer enquiries, providing supportive and informative guidance.
