The opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Consultant to join the Financial Services Risk Management (FSRM) team in our Financial Services Office (FSO), specialising in Data Risk, Reporting and Transformation in Melbourne.
Across banking and capital markets, insurance, and asset management, we build a better working world by assisting clients in enhancing their risk management. You'll provide strategy and implementation support, working with Australia's leading financial institutions, risk management professionals, quantitative analysts, technologists, and former regulators.

What we're looking for

* 1+ years' experience in Risk Analytics within Financial Services, FinTech, or Consulting.
* Strong communication, interpersonal skills, client engagement, and presentation abilities.
* Experience maintaining long-term client relationships and developing business opportunities.
* Ability to manage conflicting priorities, project timelines, and motivate diverse teams.
* Knowledge of Australian/international prudential supervision, regulatory reporting, RegTech, capital management, enterprise risk, and risk data management.
* Working knowledge of coding languages such as SAS, Python, SQL, VBA is desirable.
* Self-motivated with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ideally, you'll also have:
* A graduate degree in finance, commerce, law, STEM, or similar, with postgraduate qualifications or further study viewed favorably.
