The job of a Campaign Marketing Manager involves taking ownership of the brand's marketing strategy and campaign rollouts. This role is responsible for defining the overall marketing strategy and leading integrated campaigns that support customer acquisition and brand awareness objectives.
This leader will also oversee the management of advertising, media and research agency relationships, as well as develop and manage major partnerships to support customer growth targets. Additionally, this individual will be responsible for analyzing performance data and reporting results to senior stakeholders.
We are looking for an experienced marketer who can lead cross-functional teams in driving impactful marketing outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Western Australian marketing landscape and be able to leverage their skills in creative storytelling, brand building and customer-centric marketing.
Key Responsibilities
* Define and execute the marketing strategy and annual planning cycle for campaign marketing

Requirements
* Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or related field
* 5+ years' experience in marketing or advertising at manager level
* Strong knowledge of the Western Australian marketing landscape
* Demonstrated leadership capability and ability to manage multiple marketing disciplines
* Expertise in campaign management, sponsorships, partnerships and brand strategy
* Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
* Strong project management and analytical skills
